Substitute Teachers for After-School Programs in Svalöv Municipality

The Staffing Unit has a continuous need to recruit substitutes for our after-school programs. We are currently looking for individuals who want to work on an as-needed basis in the after-school activities in Kågeröd and Röstånga.

Are you service-oriented, enjoy working with children, and want to make a difference in their everyday lives? Can you work between 2 and 5 days a week during after-school hours, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM? Then you might be exactly who we are looking for!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working in after-school programs is a varied and important role where you collaborate with engaged educators and meet children in their play, learning, and daily lives. As a substitute, you will among other things:

• Participate in the daily educational work according to the curriculum for after-school programs
• Contribute to safety, development, and joy in the child group
• Be involved in planned activities, play, meals, and outdoor activities
• Support children's social development and learning
• Work closely with the team and follow the routines of the program

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are at least 18 years old
• You enjoy working with children and have a genuine commitment
• You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written
• You are positive, flexible, and attentive
• You work well in collaboration with colleagues and children

Meritorious:

• Education or ongoing education in child and leisure, pedagogy, or equivalent
• Experience working in after-school programs or schools
• Driver's license (B)

Before employment, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented, as well as valid identification documents.
