Nature, cultivation, and gardening are the guiding principles of Unika Nimbus daily activities, located on a beautiful old Skåne farm in Stångby parish outside Lund. Since the unit is situated in the countryside, you must have a driver's license to work here, both because we go on activities with our participants in our cars and because you need to be able to get here. Currently, there are 16 participants within LSS group 1 who have their daily jobs with us. There are also rabbits. We have many outdoor activities, so it is important that you as staff enjoy being outside. We are now looking for someone who wants to be a substitute with us.

As a Substitute, you will work to provide individually tailored support to people with disabilities, aiming to promote their independence and well-being in daily life. You will support users in their daily routines and activities, based on their needs and abilities, always using their personal implementation plan as a starting point.

We work with a salutogenic and pedagogical approach, focusing on each individual's unique strengths and resources. The goal is for users to achieve as much independence as possible and to live a meaningful life with high quality of life. As a Substitute, you will work based on clarifying pedagogy and low-affect responses to create security and predictability in the users' daily lives. At the same time, we have a strong focus on working professionally and efficiently within the resources and budget of the organization.

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• DRIVER'S LICENSE

• Good computer skills, experience with documentation.

• Experience in care and support work.

• High school education, such as child and leisure program, care and nursing program.

Preferred if you have 

• Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-affect responses.

• Worked with complex support needs.

• We place great importance on personal suitability.
