Do you dream of working with children while being able to control your own time, daily life, and pedagogy?

As a family child caregiver, you will collaborate with us at C Företaget and run a small, safe, and personal childcare service in your own home. You have the freedom to shape your own business while having our secure platform behind you. The operation is an alternative to preschool and offers a calm, flexible, and individualized environment.

You do not need formal education, but we prefer that you have experience working with children. Our model offers competitive compensation.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is engaged, attentive, and has a genuine interest in children and pedagogy.
• Has experience or education in childcare, or another relevant background.
• Is responsible and has good collaboration skills.
