Job Opening: Personal Assistant in Landskrona

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated personal assistant for a young woman in Landskrona with autism and intellectual disabilities. As an assistant, you will support her in daily life, accompany her to daily activities, and participate in activities such as walks and horse-related interests. The position is hourly with the possibility of parental leave cover.

Experience and Qualifications

• You are smoke-free.
• You have no allergies to cats or horses.
• You hold a B driver's license for manual cars.
• Experience with alternative communication as the client is non-verbal.
• Experience with low-arousal approaches.
• Experience with challenging behavior and redirection.

Job Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, your duties will include individualized care and household tasks. You will support and motivate the client both at home and during activities outside the home. Training will be provided on-site and through Monument Assistans.

The position is hourly with the chance for parental leave cover. Work can be performed during the day, evenings, and weekends.

Previous experience in personal assistance is a plus but not a requirement to be considered for the role. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
