Are you our new Educator for the Care and Nursing Program in Malmö!

Your Assignment

The assignment involves location-based adult education in care subjects.

As an educator, you provide participants with individually tailored support during their education. This may include support with professional language, practical tasks, assisting participants with their study techniques, and following up on their APL.

You will work in a team with several colleagues, primarily vocational teachers.

Teaching takes place on-site in Malmö.

Your Competence and Background

You must have at least 60 higher education credits in pedagogy.
You must have at least one (1) year of full-time professional experience working with pedagogical activities for adults, aged 16 and above, within the last 6 years.

We would be pleased if you also have any of the following competencies:

professional experience in care and nursing work
good language skills in, for example, Arabic

Documentation

The position also involves some documentation for the client, students, and principal. Additionally, collaboration with regulatory authorities and industry organizations is required. Good digital competence is necessary, as we use several digital tools.

Your Personality

You love helping people, and you are passionate about imparting knowledge. You have a good ability to motivate students to reach their goals.

As a person, you are secure, empathetic, and understanding. Your flexible approach allows you to solve problems. You have good social skills and the willingness and ability to work in teams/networks. At EnRival Education, you need to be a team player with positive drive and wisdom.

Employment Form

Full-time. Permanent or as agreed. A probationary period applies. Start date as agreed.
