Personal Assistant Wanted in Hjärup

We are looking for someone who can work 2-3 fixed evening shifts per week + one 24-hour shift per month (scheduled on weekends).

On behalf of our client in Hjärup, Staffanstorp municipality, we are looking for a personal assistant who is attentive to our client's needs and wishes. The client is a wonderful woman in her 25s who is looking for a positive, stable, and calm person to help her in her daily life. Working hours are scheduled during evenings and weekends.

It is important for us that you connect with the client you will be working with and that you are responsive to the client's needs and wishes. You should be empathetic and respect the client's privacy. You have a good sense of humor and are ready to make your own decisions. You are responsible and have an easy time collaborating. You have the ability to step back when needed. You are good at motivating and enjoy an active life.

We would like you to have experience with TAKK. To be considered for the position, it is required that you are a competent swimmer. You speak and write fluently in Swedish. You will be part of a team that works together with and for the client.

Your Responsibilities

Tasks related to the profession. This can range from individualized care to household chores. Assistance is primarily provided in the client's home but also involves accompanying the client on activities outside the home. You work in a supportive and motivating manner. Training will be provided on-site and through Monument Assistans.
