We are now looking for a new assistant to join our team in Helsingborg. The customer is a woman in her 40s with a diagnosis of MS. The customer prefers female applicants aged 25-45.

About you:

- You have a positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with people.

- Previous experience in care and assistance is a requirement.

- You are responsible, reliable, and can work both independently and in a team.

- Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

- Flexible and adaptable to different work situations and the customer’s needs.

Job responsibilities:

- Assist the customer in daily life, such as personal hygiene, meals, and social activities.

- Support the customer in maintaining their social contacts.

- Participate in various activities and contribute to a meaningful leisure time.

- Help create a safe and stimulating environment for the customer.

- We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and quick to learn new tasks. At Alter Assistans, you will always receive an introduction with the current customer.

About the employment:

Initially, you will start as a part-time employee and then transition to the employment form 'as long as the assignment lasts'. The position is currently at 50%, but there are opportunities for a higher working percentage for the right person.

Working hours are scheduled for day and evening shifts from 8 AM to 2 PM or 2 PM to 10 PM, primarily on weekdays.

Salary and other employment conditions according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
