Welcome to apply to our HVB operation Ljungstorp HVB.

KABiT offers treatment options for children and young people at three different HVB facilities and at our training accommodation, all located in Höör and Hörby. Our target group is young people with social issues combined with neuropsychiatric diagnoses. KABiT is looking for you who are a social pedagog, treatment pedagog or equivalent, who has work experience from working with the target group, who masters the Swedish language in speech and writing and has a B driver's license. We consider experience within LSS operations as meritorious.

At Ljungstorp, we work in treatment teams around three young people, the work mainly takes place one-on-one, meaning you run your own household together with your young person, whom you support and meet both inside and outside the accommodation based on the individual's needs. You should be able to work independently and in a team and have a solution-focused mindset. We work based on TMO, which we have trained all staff in, so we see that you are trained in this as meritorious. We always work towards the same goals and have ongoing treatment conferences and external supervision to work harmoniously and professionally. We are now looking for someone with knowledge of Sign Language.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, and unpretentious. You should have the ability to work in a team even if the team is not physically around you. You need to have a professional approach and be able to set boundaries, anticipate situations, divert, and at the same time provide care. You should be comfortable documenting as it is an important part of the treatment work; we use Journal Digital. At Ljungstorp, there is also a cat that resides in all areas, which you need to take care of.
