Arwidius väg 62 A is an LSS group home located in a quiet and pleasant area close to nature, walking paths, and good transportation links. Here we offer a safe and individually adapted accommodation for adults within target group 1. Each resident has their own apartment as well as access to shared, cozy spaces. Staff are present around the clock and work with structure, participation, and a calm, respectful approach. Our goal is to strengthen each individual's independence, create a meaningful everyday life, and contribute to a high quality of life.

We are now looking for someone who wants to be part of our dedicated team with three other support educators – a group where collaboration, openness, and drive come naturally. Together we create security, structure, and days that actually make a difference for the individuals we support.

As a support educator, you provide support and service based on the residents' individual wishes and needs – both at home and during leisure activities.

You work closely with the residents and in close collaboration with your colleagues. Together, you drive and further develop the pedagogical work in dialogue with the operations manager.

At Arwidius väg, we have a high staff density, which means you actually have time to provide the support you want to give – and that you are never alone when everyday life gets a little extra hectic.

In this role, you have overall responsibility for the pedagogical work. You adapt interventions according to the individual's conditions and work in a structured manner, even on days when the plan needs a bit of improvisation. Since the needs vary, the work is both varied and developing.

We are not just looking for one support educator – the goal is to find the right support educator. Someone who complements our team, fills gaps we didn't even know we had, and who believes that teamwork is just as important as pedagogy itself.

• Degree from the support educator program 200 YH points or 60 HP in pedagogy.
• Experience and knowledge of the target group LSS adults target group 1.
• Basic knowledge of household tasks such as nutrition and hygiene.
• Computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you also have

• Experience in leadership
• Experience working with individuals with autism and challenging behavior.
• Experience working with individuals with complex psychosocial behavioral issues.
• Experience in clear communication and low-arousal approaches

Employment type: Permanent employment  Working hours: 85 - 90% Working time: Varying working hours day, evening, and weekend Start date: By agreement, we look positively on if you can start shortly. Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.

If you are called for an interview, you need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
