As a social worker with us, you will work both independently and in a team. In the administration's adult investigation, your tasks will include:

• Responsibility and planning for independent cases with investigation and assessment according to SoL and LVM in the areas of substance abuse, housing, and mental health.
• Motivational work and outreach activities.
• Follow-up of ongoing efforts and regular documentation.
• Collaboration with internal colleagues and external actors such as adult psychiatry, primary care, correctional services, and treatment homes.
• Decision-making based on current legislation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Formal Competencies

• Degree in social work or other higher education that can be deemed equivalent.
• Knowledge of legislation SoL, LVM, and FL, as well as experience in investigations in the area.
• Experience working with adults with substance abuse and/or mental health issues.
• Regular documentation is part of your tasks, which requires proficiency in Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as good computer skills.
• Driver's license (B) and the ability to drive a car.

It is advantageous to have knowledge of the methods used by the unit, such as ASI and MI, as well as Signs of Safety. Experience in authority exercise and social work with the adult target group is also advantageous.
