About the Job

At the social psychiatry unit in Lund municipality, you have the opportunity to work flexibly – both in special housing and out in supported living.

We also have operations that involve work solely in special housing or solely in supported living. As a supervisor, you provide support for recovery from mental illness by encouraging activity and engagement to counteract isolation. This may involve assistance with strategies and routines around everyday tasks such as cooking and cleaning to create a meaningful and safe daily life for our clients. In special housing, personal care support with hygiene and medication management is also included.

As a supervisor, you primarily travel by bike but in some cases also by car.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the target group. You enjoy collaborating and building relationships, are proactive and structured. To succeed in this role, you need to have integrity, be stable, flexible, able to work independently, and take initiative. It is a plus if you have experience in social psychiatry, LSS, or similar, and if you have experience with digital documentation.

You are welcome to be studying or have education from a vocational school with a focus on social psychiatry, nursing assistant with a focus on psychiatry, social work, social pedagogy, or equivalent. But the most important thing is that you have a big heart and want to make a difference!
