Job Responsibilities

Together with colleagues, you will guide participants in our employment activities focusing on our area of Media & Assembly. You will work from a recovery-oriented approach and provide participants with the conditions to perform their tasks and activities. The assignment also involves acquiring new tasks through new collaborations as well as maintaining existing tasks and good collaborations we have. The tasks are carried out in our operations and are adapted to each participant's needs and conditions. In this position, you will guide in tasks such as packaging, folding, and stapling brochures, as well as editing work in various computer programs, podcast recording, and internal management of social media.

Handkraft offers a variety of tasks and activities with a strong focus on reuse and environmental awareness. In addition to the previously mentioned tasks, we also offer textile work, frame workshop, wood and metal work, kitchen work, store work, and gardening. In the absence of staff, you may need to guide in these activities.

Social documentation is included in the assignment.

Qualifications

Educated social pedagogue. At least 6 months of documented experience/training in media. Experience working with people with mental health issues is a requirement. Very good computer skills are required, and experience in audio and video editing is an advantage. Experience with recovery-oriented approaches is also an advantage.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Since the work involves meetings with many different participants and colleagues, high demands are placed on social agility, social competence, independence, and self-assurance. You need to be flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the organization.

We expect you to master Swedish in both spoken and written form. A B driver's license is an advantage.
