We are looking for dedicated substitutes for our wonderful assistance team in Bjärred.

Do you want to work in a meaningful role where you truly make a difference? We are currently seeking female substitutes for our team with two girls aged 24 and 26.

Both girls are physically and mentally disabled and wheelchair-bound, which means they need help in all parts of daily life. Your support enables them to live an active and fulfilling life.

• Preferably have experience working with people with disabilities - but the most important thing for us is your personal suitability and willingness to make a difference.

Your tasks will include:

• Supporting the girls in daily life with everything from meals, hygiene, and exercise
• Planning and participating in fun activities such as outings, walks, cinema visits, or similar
• Contributing to a safe, fun, and stimulating environment where the girls are always in focus and involved

You will never work alone as the girls live together and both have active assistance around the clock, allowing you as a team to support each other and create wonderful moments together.

Working hours are varied and scheduled for all hours of the day, according to a schedule. The need for substitutes exists year-round, which means good opportunities for continued work in the future. Right now, we are in greatest need of weekends, evenings, and substitutes during illness.

A driver's license and access to a car are not required, but can simplify commuting for you.
