JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a female personal assistant for a wheelchair-bound man with CP living in central Landskrona. The last piece of the puzzle in a group of four assistants. The ideal candidate has experience in the profession, enjoys working in someone's home as a personal assistant, and is committed to ensuring that the client feels safe and well during the assistance. It is important that you are a responsible person and view your employment long-term. Your working style is characterized by being attentive, engaged, and caring about the client's independence, integrity, and participation in all aspects. A positive attitude and a sense of humor are valued.

Your workplace is where the client is, at home, during activities, or in social contexts. The work can be both physically and mentally demanding, so it is a prerequisite that you are a calm person who is secure in yourself, has personal maturity, and is physically unencumbered.

To be the last piece of the puzzle in this wonderful group, you are a team player who takes great responsibility for your work; well-being and good collaboration in the workgroup are important factors for you. Being comfortable and enjoying working alone, as well as having very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, are also prerequisites for the position.

Work shifts are scheduled for days, evenings, every other weekend, and night shifts.
