Production Administrator for Markverkstad Revingehed

Markverkstad Syd is a department within the Markverkstad that belongs to the Army Staff AST. We perform maintenance on the Armed Forces' ground equipment, air base equipment, and provide technical system support. This includes maintenance in the form of inspections, repairs, manufacturing, dismantling/scrapping, modifications, operational support, technical adaptation, and material investigation. The Markverkstad unit delivers services according to customer requirements. Markverkstad Syd has approximately 180 employees, operating in Revingehed, Ronneby, Karlskrona, and Tofta.

Main Responsibilities

As a production administrator based in Revingehed, you will work with production support for all of Markverkstad Syd, ensuring that operations run as smoothly as possible. You will independently handle tasks across a range of areas, managing both large and small matters. This means you will have the opportunity to follow the work from problem formulation to planning, implementation, and then follow up on the results. It is a varied job where no day is the same.

Examples of tasks:

• Manage registry maintenance and support with various administrative tasks
• Be a cohesive function regarding investments, quality, work, and environmental issues
• Be a cohesive function in handling hazardous materials
• Manage purchases for shared equipment and office supplies
• Provide support to management
• Be part of the Mv Syd management team and participate in the development of Mv Syd.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Completed 2- or 3-year high school education with a focus on logistics, economics, or equivalent education or work experience deemed equivalent by the employer
• Experience working as an administrator or similar role
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Very good computer skills and good knowledge of the MS Office suite and MS SharePoint
• Driver's license B
