About the position

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for managing and administering customer inquiries via phone and email. Your primary responsibility is mainly to provide quality service to both individuals and businesses. You assist customers in getting started with Billo, handle technical support, and answer questions about invoices, cancellations, and onboarding. By understanding and being attentive to customer needs and finding the right solutions, you contribute to a positive customer experience. In addition to customer service responsibilities, you will also handle physical documents in Billo's Digicenter, which includes receiving, sorting, and opening mail, as well as preparing documents for scanning. An important part of this includes ensuring that all documents are correctly scanned and stepping in where systems need manual support to interpret and manage the information.

Qualifications and characteristics

To succeed in the role of customer service representative, it is important that you are driven to deliver high-quality service and create a positive experience for both private and business customers. You are confident in your customer interactions and have a natural ability to empathize with others' situations with the goal of always going the extra mile.

We are looking for someone who puts the customer first and who, with curiosity and initiative, wants to develop together with the operational team. You are meticulous, attentive, aware of customer needs, and can easily adapt your approach to different types of users, while also being able to guide them clearly and pedagogically.

You thrive in collaboration with others and appreciate being part of a team, but you are also self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks. In this role, you will be part of the operational team, consisting of five engaged colleagues who work together to provide users with the best possible experience.

Requirements for the position:

• Completed upper secondary education.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious experiences:

• Previous work experience in customer support or other customer-facing roles.

• Previous work experience in administration.

• It is an advantage to have a third language.

• Start: Immediately, considering notice period 

• Location: Stockholm Vasastan 

• Extent: Full-time 

• Salary: According to agreement
