The Opportunity:

You will help our clients meet their reporting requirements by analyzing and auditing financial statements while providing insights into accounting and reporting. Your work aims to deliver audit services of the highest quality. With increased knowledge and experience, you will develop into a trusted advisor who can influence clients and engage teams – primarily within the public sector, such as municipalities and regions, but also in private operations as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for conducting audit assignments together with your team.
• Establish good contact with key personnel of the assignment and continuously inform about the ongoing audit work.
• Conclude audit processes efficiently.
• Continuously deepen your understanding of current regulations and processes, and share your knowledge to support and develop more junior colleagues.
• Understand our clients' unique ambitions and needs and share your insights with colleagues to improve our work.

You have a strong interest in societal development and an understanding of politically governed organizations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and welcome new challenges. As an outgoing and collaborative person, you easily build relationships. You have a strong drive and work well both in teams and independently, with a focus on business acumen and initiative.

Qualifications for the Position:

• Bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on accounting or auditing.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the public sector.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, good prioritization skills, and adaptability in a dynamic and demanding work environment.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).

• A long-term goal of becoming a certified auditor and certified municipal auditor.
