Development Leader at Falköping Municipality

Falköping Municipality is looking for a driven and curious development leader who wants to help shape the future with us.

You will belong to the IT department's development unit, where we are now strengthening our capacity to enhance the municipality's ability to transition.

What do we expect from you?

• You identify and analyze needs for transition based on digitalization and coordinate these needs for the municipality's operations.
• You lead and implement projects and assignments focusing on digital transition.
• You act as a link between the opportunities of digitalization and the needs of the operations.
• You keep updated on news regarding transition through digitalization and identify opportunities for the municipality's operations.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Your knowledge of the possibilities of digitalization, digital services, and operational development will be valuable for testing and implementing new tools and working methods. You are proactive, responsible, and find creative ways to overcome challenges. You have the ability to communicate complex models and processes in a simple and understandable way and to get people on board. Your curiosity and ability to monitor the external environment help you stay updated on various opportunities within digitalization. You will collaborate extensively with the municipality's various operations and with other stakeholders.

We see that you have experience in driving change work, operational development, project management, and digital transition in public administration. You probably also have knowledge in areas such as benefits realization and portfolio management.
