About the Assignment
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for a qualified consulting assignment where you will act as a strategic advisor and close partner to the management of the organization. The role is central to strengthening the organization's long-term effectiveness through business-oriented HR support, leadership support, and the development of HR processes in an international context.
You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate both locally and with international HR functions, where cooperation with HR/HQ in China is an important part of the assignment.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
Be a senior advisor to managers on all personnel-related matters
Coach and support leaders in leadership, performance, and organizational issues
Ensure that HR strategy and initiatives align with the organization's goals
Collaborate with international HR teams and ensure compliance with global frameworks
Workforce & Resource Planning
Lead and drive strategic workforce and competency planning
Conduct scenario analyses and identify competency and resource needs
Monitor and analyze key metrics to enable data-driven decisions
HR Processes and Development
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective HR processes
Drive improvements in areas such as performance management, talent management, onboarding, and engagement
Ensure good anchoring, communication, and compliance within the organization
Leadership Support & Organizational Development
Coach managers in labor law, employee relations, and change management
Conduct training and workshops to enhance leadership capabilities
Contribute to culture development, change initiatives, and organizational effectiveness
Qualifications
Academic degree in HR, human resources, business administration, or equivalent
Solid experience as a HR Business Partner in larger and/or multinational organizations
Experience working in an international environment and with global HR structures
Strong competence in workforce planning, talent development, and HR process design
Excellent ability to coach managers and build trusting relationships
Strong communication and analytical skills
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
