About the Position

We are now looking for an HR Administrator for a public organization in Gothenburg! You will be working primarily in the HR system Personec.

Assignment Period and Scope:

The position as HR Administrator is a full-time consulting assignment with immediate start as agreed. The end date of the consulting assignment will be communicated during the process.

Requirements for the Position:

  • Post-secondary education with a focus on personnel/HR or equivalent education
  • At least one (1) year of work experience as a personnel administrator/HR administrator
  • Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
  • Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Personec, TimeCare, etc.)
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and agreements in the area.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the Personec system
