Job Responsibilities
We are looking for an HR specialist with a role as a process leader for workplace environment.
In this role, you will have an overall and strategic responsibility for developing, quality assuring, and coordinating workplace environment processes within the administration. You will lead and drive the systematic workplace environment work (SAM) and ensure that our working methods comply with legislation, collective agreements, internal guidelines, and the city's governance. A central part of the assignment is to coordinate, follow up, and further develop the SAM annual wheel, as well as to develop and produce policies, guidelines, instructions, and directives within workplace environment and health as needed.
You will take a process-leading responsibility for the entire workplace environment area by leading, driving, and developing the work in our workplace environment processes. You will conduct risk assessments and support managers in methods and application, as well as plan and conduct training and workshops. You will continuously collaborate with trade union representatives and contribute to a professional and trusting dialogue.
You will work in a process-oriented manner with an administrative perspective and be part of the cluster for sustainable working life, where workplace environment and rehabilitation are gathered. Within the workplace environment area, you will work closely with four colleagues who have good insight into each other's assignments to provide support, relieve each other, and ensure a cohesive and professional workplace environment effort.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with an academic education of 180 credits in areas such as HR, workplace environment, work science, or equivalent. You have at least five years of work experience in strategic and overarching workplace environment work and SAM work. You need to have deep knowledge of workplace environment legislation, regulations, and agreements, as well as the ability to apply them in practical work to create clear support for our operations. We also expect you to have experience working in Stratsys or similar management systems.
It is a requirement that you have previously conducted training, led workshops, and driven development work together with colleagues and managers. It is also advantageous if you have experience working in a municipality, region, or other politically governed operations.
To succeed in this role, you need to be analytical, communicative, and structured. You find it easy to build relationships, and collaboration is a natural part of your working style. You are confident in your expert role and have the ability to translate complex legislation into practical working methods. We value initiative, a focus on development, and the ability to lead change.
