Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who wants to help develop labor law processes in a large and complex organization, where your work has a real impact on managers, HR, and our operations.

As an HR specialist focusing on labor law, you will become a key person in creating conditions for a safe, legally secure, and sustainable work environment.

You will serve as support and a sounding board in labor law issues for HR colleagues, and you will be responsible for developing, quality-assuring, and implementing labor law processes, guidelines, and routines. In your role, you will work both strategically and advisory and be our expert in the field of labor law. You will be part of a competent team of eleven colleagues who together drive the development of common, qualitative, and uniform working methods. Together, we support the HR department and managers in an administration with an important social mission. Within the labor law group, three process leaders work closely together.

You will conduct training and workshops and contribute to strengthening the competence in the organization. The role also involves participation in the city's labor law network and close collaboration with the City Management Office (SLK). You will initiate and drive development and implementation projects that contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a university degree of 180 credits in HR, law, labor science, or equivalent. You need to have at least five years of experience in qualified labor law work in an advisory role. You have very good knowledge of the municipal collective agreement General Terms (AB) and relevant legislation. It is important that you have experience negotiating local agreements and collective agreements with trade unions, as well as conducting labor law investigations in individual cases.

For this role, we also see that you have experience working in a politically governed organization and participating in structured collaboration. You are analytical and structured as a person and feel confident handling complex issues. You keep yourself updated on developments in labor law and are eager to drive improvement work in the area. As a person, you are attentive, collaborative, and confident in your advisory role.
