Invite is currently in an expansion phase and is therefore looking for a dedicated and service-oriented employee who will primarily work full-time with customer management and support for new and existing customers.
About Invite
Invite is an exciting company with great growth ambitions. We have departments in Oslo and Lund with customers around the world. Our product portfolio includes Cup Manager and Superinvite - tools that manage registrations, payments, and reporting for the various needs of the sports movement.
Cup Manager is used by nearly a thousand sports tournaments in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and the rest of the world to administer everything from registrations to match schedules and results. Superinvite is a leading solution in Norway for collecting fees for training sessions and football camps, for example.
About Support at Invite
We have a very high level of ambition when it comes to our support. We do not just answer questions according to a script but also take on an advisory role for our customers. It is about understanding the customer's wishes and needs and transforming them into a suitable configuration in the system or recommending a good workflow. Most of our customers we know by name, and we believe that good relationships lead to trust and good business.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide first line support via phone, chat, and email.
- Hold scheduled video meetings with customers for more in-depth advice, problem-solving, and assistance, for example, during tournament scheduling.
- Conduct video meetings with potential customers to showcase the systems.
- Actively follow up on tournaments during their lifecycle - registration, match schedule, execution, for example.
We are looking for someone who is independent, organized, meticulous, and engaged. You are service-minded and have the ability to empathize with the customer's situation. You are a good communicator who can convey your message effectively and be understood by the recipient.
You believe, just like we do, that strength lies in the details and have the ability and willingness to go the extra mile in every customer communication. You are skilled at capturing, documenting, and structuring the feedback you receive in your contact with customers.

To fit in with us, we believe you
- Have a few years of experience working with customers or in service roles.
- Love working with people and find it enjoyable to deliver good service.
- Are comfortable working in various IT systems.
- Thrive in a changing environment where you can influence directions and routines.
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You have the ability to read and understand Danish and preferably Spanish.
- Take your own initiatives to develop and learn more.
- Have experience in sales, as we conduct demonstrations of the programs for new customers.
- Enjoy meeting our customers at our annual conference in Lund; you may also have experience in event planning and want to be part of the conference planning.
