About the role

As an inside salesperson with us, you will be an important part of our sales organization. In your role, you will contact both existing and new customers in the business and public sectors via phone and offer them subscriptions to our magazines and digital access to the sites that contain in-depth strategic knowledge. Our brands include Miljö & Utveckling, Techtidningen, Kvalitetsmagasinet, Vd-tidningen, Kvalitetsvård, and Hållbart samhällsbyggande.

You will:

• Work towards clear goals together with an engaged team.
• Drive sales by creating and nurturing customer relationships.
• Represent Pauser Media and contribute to strengthening our brand.
• Develop through continuous coaching and training.

The position is full-time, based at our office at Lilla Fiskaregatan 4A in Lund. Working hours are Monday to Friday.

Either has experience in sales or simply wants to learn and grow in the role. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude – you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy reaching set goals, and like to connect with new people.

• Fixed base salary according to collective agreement + commission from the first sale.

• The opportunity to influence your own salary – if you sell according to plan, you will earn at least 31,000 SEK/month.
