About the Role

As an employee with us, you represent Hornbach and are a role model in terms of commitment, drive, and customer service. We are now looking for a sales associate for our flooring and tiles department.

Your main responsibilities will primarily consist of sales and advising customers. Thanks to your product knowledge and sales skills, you ensure that the customer can complete their project.

Examples of Common Tasks

Active sales of the product range within the Flooring/Tiles department
Opportunities to be inspired, learn from colleagues, and exchange solid knowledge and experience within the product area.
Responsible for incoming goods and displays, as well as for renovations and modifications in the department
Analyze the department's product presentation.
Assist in other departments as needed

Your Profile

High school education or equivalent and experience in retail.
Relevant work experience/education in flooring and tiles is an advantage
Passionate about providing our customers with the best possible service
Realize the customer's project through professional advice on our wide range of products
As a person, you are stress-resistant, flexible, and solution-oriented
Good physical condition as some departments require heavy lifting
Forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and forklift experience are required
