About the Job

We are now looking for a motivated and service-minded sales associate with a strong work ethic, who wants to spread positivity and energy in our store in Lund. The position is a permanent employment of 28 hours/week, with an initial 6-month probation period. The position is expected to be filled as soon as possible.

In addition to your role as a sales associate, you will have responsibilities as an assistant store manager, working closely with the store manager. Together with the store manager and our other sales associates, you will help ensure that the store continues to be a great workplace and an attractive shopping destination like all other stores in Denmark and Sweden.

You will be trained in the industry and the concept of Deichmann Shoes through practical training in our store. Therefore, it is not necessary to have experience in the shoe industry, but it is a requirement to have experience in the service industry. If you are a person who enjoys working with people and wants to provide that extra touch to customers, this job could be for you. You should be someone who takes responsibility and thrives on challenges. Previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality is a plus. Please note that store work can be physically demanding. You need to be at least 18 years old to work with us, and you must speak and write fluent Swedish.
