Job Description

As an inside salesperson at Svenska Alarm, you will play a central role in their sales team. You will work with both incoming and outgoing customer contacts via phone, email, and digital channels. Your task is to understand the customer's needs, present their smart alarm solutions, and guide them towards the best security solution for their home or business.

You will be responsible for the entire sales process from the first contact to the completed deal. The role requires attentiveness, trust-building ability, and a results-oriented work approach. You will be based at their office in Malmö, where you will receive support from experienced colleagues as well as continuous development in sales and security technology.

Requirements

Experience in sales, preferably tele-sales or experience in alarms
Responsible and solution-oriented
Enjoys working in a team
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Location: Malmö

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training with Mikael Arndt, including 25 diploma courses in sales and live lectures every week. You will also have the chance to participate in Sweden's largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a 2-day sales training on-site in Stockholm to further develop as a salesperson.
