About the Role

As an e-commerce coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and managing our e-commerce system and supporting the organization in matters related to digital purchases. You will train and guide purchasers, ensure that our processes are efficient and comply with internal guidelines, and drive improvement work in the area. The role also involves coordination with suppliers and administration related to systems and permissions.

You will be a key person in our work to create business-oriented and sustainable solutions, in close collaboration with other colleagues within the companies.

You will belong to the finance department, which also consists of the finance manager, three controllers, and a finance administrator. The department will be C4 Energi's primary tool for initiating, implementing, and securing procurement and purchases for the companies' operations, as well as being responsible for e-commerce and digital purchasing management.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a high school education, preferably with an economic focus. If you have relevant post-secondary education in a suitable area, we consider it an advantage, such as e-commerce training. We want you to have experience in administrative work and e-commerce systems. You are used to working independently, have good problem-solving skills, and enjoy training and supporting others. Experience in digital purchasing processes and system support is an advantage.

You are structured, service-oriented, and find it easy to collaborate. We value a business-oriented and development-oriented approach, in line with C4 Energi's values.

A B driver's license is required for the role.
