Do you have experience in problem-solving technical B2B sales within the industrial or technical field and are driven to provide good advice and make great deals? Then you might be the person we are looking for.
CHS Controls is now in an exciting phase where we need to strengthen our sales team in Helsingborg with a new colleague, a technical inside salesperson who eventually wants to work in the field and visit our customers.
CHS Controls is a small, stable, and successful Swedish company in Helsingborg. The company offers equipment for the electrical power and automation industry in collaboration with world-leading, quality-conscious manufacturers. Our goal is to offer modern products and solutions to our customers with a high level of service and reliable, stable deliveries. We see ourselves as problem solvers, not just product suppliers.
The role of technical inside salesperson at CHS Controls
In the role of salesperson, you will work with advisory technical sales of CHS Controls' product range to the company's customers primarily within the Nordic region. Your tasks will include active sales work towards both new and existing customers. You will handle inquiries and develop technical solutions. The role also includes other sales administration, preparation of quotation materials, documentation, and order management.
This is a perfect role for you who want to develop your skills within the company's product areas to gradually grow into the role of a complete technical salesperson. You will receive a good introduction to the products and the technology sold, all to meet customer expectations.
You will become a specialist in creating long-term, profitable relationships with our customers, based on your experiences and the company's expertise.

Required experience
To be successful and thrive in this role, we would like you to have previous experience as a technical salesperson in B2B. Working with Office programs and Pyramid or equivalent BMS systems is completely natural for you. You master Swedish and English in speech and writing at a professional level and have a B driver's license.
It is an advantage if you have some form of technical education.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you thrive in an organization where you can take ownership of your work. As a person, you have good empathetic and social skills and are good at building long-term relationships. You enjoy communicating with customers and are motivated to work in a technically advisory role. You have a strong interest in the customer and focus on delivering effective technical solutions with high quality.
Finally, we believe that you are results-oriented, set clear goals for yourself, and work thoughtfully to achieve them. You are a team player who sees the benefit for the entire company while being able to work independently.
