Alfa eCare provides digital solutions to municipalities, regions, and private healthcare providers in the Nordic countries.
Our business idea is to create secure and cost-effective solutions that provide the greatest possible value for our customers, namely the organization, employees, and individuals.
Today, more than 130 employees work at one of Alfa eCare's six offices in Sweden, Finland, and Denmark, developing, selling, and managing the company's IT systems.
We serve over 1,400 customers, including municipalities, regions, and private actors in various areas such as elderly care, childcare, individual and family care, LSS, dental care, rehabilitation, and psychology.
What does the role offer?As a Key Account Manager at Alfa eCare, within the Welfare business area, you will play a central role in the company's continued growth in both private and municipal care and welfare. You will work with a diverse customer portfolio of varying sizes and be responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to business, contract negotiation, and long-term development. The role suits you if you enjoy creating results, building relationships, and presenting solutions that streamline and improve the daily operations of organizations within the care and welfare sector. In 2026, the organization will focus particularly on expansion within the private market, providing good opportunities for new customer acquisition and business development.
Your main responsibilities:
• Develop the customer portfolio
• Drive the entire sales process
• Build sustainable customer relationships
• Ensure customer satisfaction in collaboration with the customer team
• Manage contracts, pricing dialogues, and procurements
• Conduct demos and contribute as a module specialist
You will develop a broad customer base with a focus on both growth among existing customers and establishing new business.
The role includes responsibility for pricing dialogues, contracts, procurements, and proactive work for profitable business. You will also act as a module specialist, staying updated, conducting demos, and supporting the team with relevant product knowledge.
Who are you?We are looking for someone with a solid background in sales and who feels comfortable working with complex business and digital solutions. Experience in care and welfare is seen as a valuable plus, as the role often requires both an understanding of the business and the ability to read the customer's needs. We are looking for someone who has:
• At least five years of sales experience
• Technical understanding of IT and digital solutions
• Experience with public procurement and LOU
Your analytical ability and trustworthy manner make you a valued partner throughout the customer journey. A self-driven approach and high activity level create momentum, while your understanding of the customer's business contributes to long-term and sustainable business. The ability to drive projects, prioritize correctly, and make decisions is a natural part of your working style.
