The Role
Your main responsibility will be to process and develop both new and existing private and corporate customers. The position involves selling primarily new Volvos, where you will follow the entire journey - from the first customer contact to delivery and follow-up. A significant part of succeeding in this role is your ability to capture the customer's needs and find the right car based on those. We want our customers' visits to Bildeve in Helsingborg to be a positive experience and for them to be satisfied with our way of actively solving their needs. The main goal is to build long-term customer relationships with a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications
We believe you have several years of experience working with customers or service roles, preferably with experience in proactive sales. Post-secondary education in sales and marketing is an advantage. A valid driver's license (B) is required, as well as good computer skills. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month initial probationary period. Working hours follow a rolling schedule and weekend work is included.
