Do you love sales and leading others? We are now looking for a sales-oriented Store Manager with leadership skills and a strong desire to continuously develop yourself and others.

Your role as Store Manager

For you, employees and customers are the most important. At the same time, you create good results for your store, follow up, and improve to achieve even higher. You have overall responsibility for the store's employees, customers, and results. As a sales-oriented Store Manager, you lead the store by developing and coaching your salespeople to guide the customer to the best purchase. You are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and further developing your team and ensuring the daily operations by leading and planning the business. You will work in daily operations alongside your employees and be an important role model. In the role of Store Manager, you are also responsible for ensuring that the store is updated and follows the concept, all to create the best customer experience.

The role of Store Manager requires at least 3 years of experience in sales and an understanding of operations and management in a retail chain. You have experience in sales with good results, are used to taking professional responsibility, and are a hands-on person.
