About the Position:

We are now looking for a driven salesperson for Skåne. Our salespeople are competitive and motivated by challenges and opportunities for development. We expect you to share the same passion. As a salesperson with us, you will primarily work in the field and visit new customers. You will work with warm leads. The customers are both private individuals and businesses.

Job Description:

In the role of a salesperson with regional responsibility, you will represent the company when visiting customers. You will largely work with various homeowners where you check the roof and provide quotes. It is a varied job with many different tasks. Everything from booking meetings, providing quotes, and scheduling work. You will also be responsible for the contractors in your area.

We offer you relevant training at the start, and previous experience is of course an advantage.

Who Are We Looking For?:

We are looking for someone who has experience in building customer relationships and always puts the customer first. You are driven to work towards set goals, are socially competent, responsible, and have a strong desire to succeed. You thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic mathematical skills are a requirement as the job involves calculating different areas.

Requirements:

-Good social skills

-Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

-B driver's license

-Not afraid of heights

-Basic mathematical skills

-Enjoy working towards set goals

Meritorious:

-Experience in B2B, car sales, retail, or the construction industry

-Experience in technical sales

-Experience in field sales or direct sales

-Experience working with budget responsibility

-Knowledge of CRM systems

About the Employment:

Salary: Fixed salary and variable commission

Location: Skåne

Start Date: 2/3-2026

Employment Terms: 6-month probationary period
