Are you quick with your fingers, confident in your communication, and enjoy helping people? Are you looking for a flexible part-time job to combine with your studies? Then you could be one of our new customer service representatives in a brand new pilot project at Resurs Bank!

In this role, you will work exclusively with written customer dialogue via email and assist customers with simpler matters in our online bank.

You will handle simpler customer inquiries outside regular opening hours - e.g., account closures, payment information, and other non-urgent questions. The focus will be on fast, clear, and secure service.

This is a suitable entry-level job for you who want to build experience in customer service and possibly develop further into more advanced matters or summer jobs with us. You will be part of a smaller team where there is always a responsible person present, with shifts varying between 3 PM and 10 PM, Monday to Sunday. You will be able to influence your working hours, and you will receive your schedule continuously with approximately 14 days' notice.

Your introductory training will take place partly on-site and partly through self-study, to allow your regular studies to continue concurrently. You are responsible for planning and completing all aspects needed to feel secure in the role.

Who you are:

• Are at least 18 years old

• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Are efficient, a quick learner, and enjoy working towards clear goals

• Have a positive attitude and an eye for quality

• Enjoy communicating in writing and solving problems independently

Previous experience in customer service is a plus – but not a requirement. Similarly, if you have knowledge of another Nordic language.
