About the position

This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. You will initially be employed by Bravura, but it is stated that Säkerhetsteknik intends to offer you a position with them in the long run. Säkerhetsteknik was founded in 2005 and has since acquired Kafa, SKT, and ADS to provide comprehensive solutions in areas such as burglary alarms, door automation, video surveillance, locks, access control systems, intercoms, etc. They design, sell, install, and provide service and maintenance tailored to customer needs. Their customers range from small sole proprietorships to large property companies with the ambition to find the right solution for each unique customer.

💼 Job responsibilities

As a customer and business support, you will work with both the administrative and operational parts of the business. In your role, you will collaborate internally with your administrative colleagues as well as technicians, salespeople, and project managers, and externally with customers.

You will handle the entire order process from ordering to order placement, technician contact, follow-up, and post-check of orders. You will work in various customer portals and manage feedback in these. Furthermore, you will handle everything from invoice inquiries, credits, complaints to general matters. You will also manage the receipt and coding of supplier invoices and actively participate in streamlining the process. You will be involved in ensuring that the financial flows work efficiently and are accurate.

An important part of your work is to maintain a high level of service both towards customers and internally through your professional and service-oriented approach. Contributing to high customer satisfaction is a given for you.

The position is divided between Malmö and Helsingborg with approximately equal time at each office. Place of employment is Malmö.

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • At least a high school education

  • Several years of work experience in customer service and administration

  • Very good computer and system skills

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish – both spoken and written

  • Basic knowledge of English – spoken

  • Driving license B

We are looking for someone with a good sense of service who enjoys interacting with people. You are confident in handling customer issues and contribute to a positive customer experience. You work methodically and structured even when "things are hectic" – meaning that even under high workload, you maintain calm and high quality in your work.

Furthermore, you are engaged and willing to come up with ideas and suggestions for improvement. You are self-driven but appreciate working in a team. You understand the importance of a professional and pleasant approach and gladly contribute to a positive atmosphere in the office.
