Sales Coordinator for Our Office in Furulund

Do you want to work in a role where order, service, and international contacts are at the center? We are looking for a meticulous and communicative sales coordinator for our office in Furulund. Here, you will be an important part of the sales team and support our sales manager in daily operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders and register them in the business system Pyramid
• Ensure correct delivery addresses and manage orders from distributors in various countries - primarily in Asia
• Collaborate internally on customs issues (basic knowledge is a plus, but expertise is available internally)
• Work with items related to measuring air pollution (e.g., different cable lengths)
• Follow up on orders and contribute structured and critical thinking in handling item numbers
• Support the team with various administrative tasks

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who thrives in an administrative and service-oriented role, and who enjoys structure, pace, and international contacts. Experience working with foreign countries is beneficial - but most importantly, you are meticulous, responsible, and a quick learner.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in order management or administrative work
• Basic understanding of item numbers and logical/critical thinking
• Good knowledge of English
• Experience with Pyramid or similar business systems (preferred)

About the Position

Scope: approx. 75-100%

Location: The work takes place on-site in Furulund.

Start: Mid-January
