The Position

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in working and developing in a store. You enjoy working in the manual fresh produce departments such as delicatessen and food bar.

You love good food, wonderful meetings, and working in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a service-oriented and food-loving employee for our delicatessen and food bar, which is very popular with our guests.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide our guests with a personal and professional welcome

• Prepare and present delicatessen products, salads, and various dishes

• Manage restocking, quality assurance, and daily hygiene

• Contribute to keeping the department fresh, inviting, and inspiring

• Work together with an engaged team passionate about food and service

Your Qualities

You are creative, responsible, and self-driven. You are resourceful and full of ideas, aesthetically inclined, and willing to take your own initiatives. We see that you have experience from the grocery trade and the restaurant industry. You are curious about trends and want to constantly develop the department. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with craftsmanship and has visions for the profession. You work proactively to ensure the store always exceeds customer expectations. You are outgoing, easy to collaborate with, and understand the importance of keeping the guest in focus.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the profession, preferably from ICA. You are meticulous and driven. It is advantageous if you are familiar with ICA's internal computer systems such as A0B and Min butik or similar. You have a passion for food.

Employment Type

The position is approximately 25-30 hours per week, including weekends. Start in the first quarter of 2026. Salary according to trade agreements. The store's opening hours are 07:00-21:00 every day. Our selection process is ongoing, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
