Are you an experienced registrar with good knowledge of document and case management? We are now looking for an engaged and meticulous person with at least one year of experience in registrar work. About the position
At Perido, we are now looking for an administrator for a government agency. You will be part of a smaller, close-knit, and dedicated municipal operation characterized by community and short decision-making paths. You will be based in the office located in Salem, where they offer some opportunity for remote work. The scope of the assignment is 50%. The work mainly takes place during the day, but evening meetings may occur.
Your tasks:
- Classify and register cases and documents for the own administration and incoming documents to be distributed to various recipients in document and case management systems
- Assess and receive requests for the release of public documents, in consultation with the data protection officer and/or the secretary
- Compile statistics for ongoing and completed cases and respond to inquiries about documents and cases via phone, email, or in person
- Archive documents and cases correctly and efficiently
- Handle mail, assess and distribute to various recipients
- Provide support and service to both the public and staff
Your qualities
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and has the ability to work independently while being part of a team. You have a service-oriented approach and enjoy providing support to both the public and colleagues. You are used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously and have good organizational skills. To thrive in the role, you need to be flexible while having the ability to prioritize and make well-founded decisions.

Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent; certified registrar through SIPU's training or academic education
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a registrar
- Good knowledge of document and case management, document and case management systems, and other relevant IT systems. Preferably ECDL certificate or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of the laws and regulations governing public operations and the registrar's function and responsibilities
Scope and start date
Part-time 50%, consulting assignment for 3 months, with a great chance of extension. Start as soon as possible.
