The work involves:

We are looking for three female personal assistants for a person with intellectual disabilities. The work is rewarding, developing, and fun, while at times it can be mentally or physically demanding.

Who are you?

Are you a stable and solution-focused person? This is a role for you who can take your own initiatives and who enjoys being creative and confident in your decisions. You should be able to handle challenging situations clearly. You should also not be afraid of pets, as they are present in the home.

You will work closely with both the assistance user and relatives. It is important for you to meet people in a respectful manner. You need to be attentive and confident.

Working hours

The working hours are scheduled for all hours of the day and every other weekend. This means that the work includes day, evening, and night shifts. We schedule the working hours according to ATL, and the position includes sleeping on-call.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required
• Experience with low-arousal responses, alternative and augmentative communication, e.g., communication aids and clear pedagogical methods
• Education in care and nursing or other relevant education is an asset
• Experience in personal assistance is considered an asset

Additional information

The recruitment process starts immediately, and selection, interviews, and hiring may occur during the application period. We apply a probationary period of 6 months.

By combining digitalization with person-centered care and pedagogical methods, we enhance the use of welfare technology. LifeCare and the integration of electronic time reporting (ELT) simplify time reporting to the Social Insurance Agency. This frees up time for individualized support of high quality while continuously increasing our digital maturity and ensuring a safe and efficient digital work environment.

Criminal record check
