I am a 28-year-old girl with cerebral palsy. This means I need help with most things in daily life and with other activities that I enjoy. This can include everything from swimming, football matches, concerts/festivals, and other leisure activities. I also enjoy swimming, working out at the gym, going out, listening to music, watching movies, and reading books.

Training motor skills and communication are two important parts of my development. For communication purposes, you should speak good Swedish and be attentive to signals.

I am looking for you, a woman, who is driven by new challenges and has an open mind. If you are flexible and committed and have the desire to make a difference, you are welcome to join our team where you will receive continuous training/supervision. It is important not to be afraid of new technology as there are some technical aids involved.

I want you, who are applying for this position, to be mature, responsible, attentive, resourceful, creative, and very engaged in your role. Respect is a key word that I want to permeate your view of the profession as a personal assistant.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.

You should be a support for me in my daily life as I need your help to make everything work as I want. For me to have continuity in my personal assistance, I want your desire for the position to be long-term.

You should be between 20-40 years old and live near Ale municipality (I live about 20 minutes from central Gothenburg by train).

You should have experience in care professions and have previously worked as a personal assistant and be able to use sign language, although this is not a requirement.

It is important that you do not have any physical issues with your back and shoulders as I need help with daily living activities such as dressing and undressing, hygiene, moving between different aids, and when I train and swim.

Working hours are primarily at home but can also take place at other locations.

Shifts are usually around-the-clock shifts, but there may be a couple of pure day shifts.

The position is approximately 60%.
