We are looking for an educator in Skövde

Your mission

The assignment involves location-bound adult education in healthcare subjects.

As an educator, you provide participants with individually tailored support during their education. This may include support with vocational language, practical moments, assisting participants with their study techniques, and following up on their APL.

You will work in a team with several colleagues, primarily vocational teachers.

Teaching takes place on-site in Skövde.

Your qualifications and background

• You must have at least 60 higher education credits in pedagogy.
• You must have at least one (1) year of full-time professional experience working with educational activities for adults, aged 16 and above, within the last 6 years.

We would be pleased if you also have any of the following competencies:

• professional experience in healthcare and social care work
• good language skills in e.g. Arabic

Documentation

The position also involves some documentation for clients, students, and the principal. Additionally, collaboration with authorities and industry organizations. Good digital competence is required, as we use several digital tools.

Your personality

You love helping people, and you are passionate about imparting knowledge. You have a good ability to motivate students to achieve their goals.

As a person, you are secure, empathetic, and understanding. Your flexible approach allows you to solve problems. You have good social skills and the willingness and ability to work in a team/network. At EnRival Education, you need to be a team player with positive drive and wisdom.

Employment form

Full-time. Permanent or as agreed. Start date according to agreement.
