The Position of Work Environment Strategist
The position is within the work environment & competence development unit, which is part of the HR department. The location of the position can be Nyköping, Katrineholm, or Eskilstuna. The HR department is responsible for strategic work regarding labor law, competence supply, salary formation, recruitment, and work environment, and we have close cooperation with the region's administrations and political leadership.
Your Responsibilities
You are a specialist in the field of work environment and provide expert knowledge in the area. You offer advice and support, as well as training in work environment, health, work-oriented rehabilitation, and diversity. You ensure that routines, guidelines, and supporting structures are in place so that the region as an employer complies with laws and regulations and develops working methods and processes in the area, among other things through assignments. The role also includes monitoring the external environment and collaborating with external actors. You cooperate with trade unions and conduct presentations for politicians and managers.

Your Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- A university degree in human resources/behavioral science or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Training in the work environment area.
- Several years of experience in strategic and operational work environment efforts.
- Good knowledge of regulations regarding work environment, discrimination, and work-oriented rehabilitation.
- Experience working in a politically governed organization.
- Experience in collaboration.
- Driver's license B is desirable as we travel within the county.
As a person, you are self-driven, mature, possess good communication skills, good collaboration abilities, and are flexible and strategic.
We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Employment Type
