In customer service, we are the customer's entry point into the company; we are there to meet and support the customer until they feel satisfied and helped.

Your Responsibilities
As a customer administrator, you play a central role in the company's customer journey and are often the customer's first contact. You handle both complex and sensitive cases and have a significant opportunity to influence the customer experience. The work is varied, and you will have excellent opportunities for professional development in an open and supportive work environment where service, accessibility, and continuous improvement are the focus. Eskilstuna is the primary workplace, but you will sometimes be in Strängnäs.
Your role will involve:
- Handling more complex cases via phone, chat, email, and in-person visits.
- Providing support and guidance to colleagues internally.
- Actively working on improvement initiatives and developing routines and processes.
- Analyzing customer cases and providing suggestions for improvement.

In three years, we want our customer center to be an even more digital and proactive operation with smooth contact paths and high accessibility. Customers will receive faster and more accurate assistance, while personal service remains for more complex cases. We work data-driven, actively contribute customer insights, and are an integral part of the company's development and customer experience.
Education and Previous Experience
You have:
- At least a completed high school education, preferably supplemented with post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., customer service, administration, or business development).
- Several years of experience in qualified customer service work, preferably in a complex or regulated industry, where you have good knowledge of the industry and its processes, allowing you to quickly understand our services and contribute insights.
- Very good system skills and experience working across multiple digital platforms and customer management systems.
- Experience handling complex cases and providing support to colleagues in a senior role.
