We are now looking for an engaged, driven, and experienced leader for the role of Head of Project Mitt within Facility Investments at Vattenfall Eldistribution AB.

We are in the midst of an exciting growth journey where we are significantly increasing facility investments in our electricity grid, which has included recruiting many competent employees to the department recently. The department's main task is to develop feasibility studies with associated decision-making materials and project descriptions, as well as to project manage, procure, and implement approved facility projects for our regional and local networks in Central Sweden.

In the role of Head/Director of Project Mitt within Facility Investments, you will take on several exciting and developing tasks, including being responsible for the unit's operational assignments with both qualitative and quantitative goals, leading seven department heads, and participating in the Facility Investments management group.

An important part of your role is to build strong sustainable relationships both internally and externally. We therefore believe that your ability and willingness to communicate and collaborate are of great importance. To thrive and succeed in the role, it is important that you have a genuine interest in leadership, business development, and the ability to strategically assess needs and prioritize efforts to lead towards the best possible results.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has

• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as electrical engineering, energy technology, mechanical engineering, or similar
• Several years of experience as a manager leading other managers, preferably from the energy, infrastructure, or construction industry
• Experience working within larger organizations, preferably with a focus on technical projects or infrastructure projects, where the ability to work process-oriented is important.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal, as well as the ability to engage in dialogue and create presentations and reports in Swedish and English.
• Good ability to build trust and achieve results in collaboration with others.
