Job Description

AFRY is one of the leading players in Scandinavia, working closely with clients in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical technology. We are now looking for a technical project manager who wants to contribute to the future solutions within Life Science.

We are a dedicated team that helps our clients develop the future life science products and processes. We primarily work on projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical engineering facilities, media systems, and equipment. As a technical project manager within AFRY Life Science, you will be responsible for projects in various phases such as feasibility studies, design, and implementation, and you may also have budget responsibility. The projects vary in size and technical character; for example, you will lead projects concerning the construction of new production facilities, carry out production relocations, and work on optimizing existing processes and equipment. The projects also include coordination and management of specifications, procurement of components and equipment, automation, commissioning, as well as testing and validation. Work is performed at the client site and/or at one of AFRY's offices.

Furthermore, you are social, flexible, and have the ability to quickly understand new projects and clients' needs.

We also believe that you can check off the following competencies/experiences:

• At least 3 years of work experience within Life Science and experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.
• An engineering degree or a scientific university degree.
• Ability to express yourself fluently in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Experiences:

• If you have any type of project management certification, it is a plus.
• Driver's license (B)
