ABOUT THE POSITION
Hitachi Rail is a world-leading player in the railway industry that drives the development of sustainable and innovative transport solutions.
As a logistics coordinator, you will be a key player in a close-knit team of three people. You will be responsible for the administration of repairs, from the first customer contact and delivery management to administration and invoice preparation. The role is a broad and operational "jack-of-all-trades" position where you act as a bridge between the customer and the finance department by ensuring that each case is followed up, closed, and invoiced correctly.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for administration and customer service related to customer repairs.
- Manage daily delivery handling and logistics follow-up.
- Log deliveries and cases in their system.
- Create invoice documentation by matching purchase orders and deliveries, which are then sent to the finance department for payment.
- Have daily contact with customers and internal departments regarding delivery status.
- Receive incoming deliveries daily on-site at the office.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has experience in customer service and enjoys having a lot of customer contact.
- Has administrative experience, for example in logistics or similar.
- Speaks and writes fluently in both Swedish and English, as you will be working in an international environment.
It is a merit if you have
- Experience with the SAP business system.
- Previous experience in invoice management.
