Project Manager with Experience in Production Quality and Warranty Follow-up

Are you a project manager with experience in production quality and warranty follow-up? We are now looking for a new team member in the area of armored terrain vehicles. In close collaboration with an experienced team, you will have the opportunity to influence both detail and overall aspects of projects that strengthen the capabilities of the Armed Forces and Sweden. Your work is significant at every step, from needs and ideas to delivery and follow-up.

About the Position

In this role, you will work in project form alongside other specialists to ensure that project goals are met regarding time, budget, performance, and quality. It is intended that you will primarily work with warranty follow-up and coordination, as well as monitoring production quality within the unit's procurement and maintenance projects.

The work includes requirement work prior to procurements and the development of technical specifications, as well as participation in procurements and negotiations of materials and services according to LOU/LUFS. You will follow up and verify suppliers' commitments and plan and conduct technical investigations, quality audits, and root cause analyses related to deviations, warranty claims, and field problems. The role also includes the preparation of technical documentation and management of basic and maintenance data.

You will participate in change management and have user contact with follow-up on the status, operational reliability, and availability of materials, contributing to strengthening the operational capability of the units. Furthermore, you will contribute to developing and improving working methods and disseminating knowledge within the organization. Other tasks may occur and may change over time.

The position is located in Stockholm. Travel may occur domestically and internationally.

About You

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in engineering or natural sciences, or equivalent qualifications that we assess as comparable. You have several years of relevant work experience in the quality area and experience in project work.

To succeed in this role, practical experience with military equipment and good knowledge of military and/or civilian technical systems are required. The position requires good computer skills and familiarity with MS Office. You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as well as a valid driver's license (B).

It is advantageous if you have experience in requirements specification, design and verification of technical systems, preparation of technical documentation, as well as construction and product development. Experience with vehicle systems and holding a C driver's license is seen as a benefit.
