What Does the Job Entail?

As a property manager in care and home service facilities, you will be responsible for the daily operations, supervision, and service of the property. Through proactive maintenance, you ensure that the property's functions, furnishings, and technical installations are always in good condition.

In addition to practical maintenance, the role also involves being an important link in the operations by coordinating contacts with contractors, suppliers, and technical staff. It also includes assisting with fault reports, participating in fire safety inspections, and preparing premises for relocations, renovations, or operational changes.

You have drive, are flexible, and find it easy to collaborate. You are self-sufficient, can plan, and prioritize.
