Job Description

Do you want a key role in the operation of our property and automated high-bay warehouse? We are looking for a dedicated service technician ready to take full responsibility for both technical systems and maintenance. If you are passionate about solving problems and have a broad competence in property technology and automation, you could be the one we are looking for as a Service Technician in the Facilities Department at Oriola Sweden AB!

In the role of service technician, you are an important part of the facilities department and responsible for a range of different technical systems. You work with everything from operation, maintenance, and service to alarm management and troubleshooting of both the property’s and production’s technical installations.

The role is responsible for ensuring that our building operates flawlessly, which directly contributes to the success of our business. Your work is both broad and varied, and you handle everything from routine maintenance to urgent situations.

Your main responsibilities include property technology, which involves the operation and maintenance of all technical systems such as electricity, HVAC, and ventilation. You are a problem solver who can quickly troubleshoot and repair installations. Through supervision, service, and troubleshooting of our automated systems, you ensure that logistics in the high-bay warehouse run smoothly. In addition, safety and preparedness are central parts of your work, as you actively work for a safe working environment and are part of our emergency response team to handle urgent operational disruptions, even outside regular working hours. Heavy lifting may occur in isolated cases.

You are the one who ensures that our facility always meets the highest standards.

The role will support the facility in Mölnlycke. You will be part of a team of 4 people and report to the Facility Manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property maintenance & technical maintenance
  • Experience working in industrial, warehouse & logistics facilities
  • Experience with fire alarms/sprinklers & gas extinguishing systems
  • Good knowledge of Swedish & English in speech & writing
  • Good computer skills & documentation ability
  • Driver's license B & access to a car

Meritorious

  • Work at heights
  • Hot work certificate
  • Experience in pharmaceutical handling
  • Automated production & warehouse solutions
  • Knowledge in control & regulation technology, preferably PLC
  • Fall protection training
  • Forklift, scissors & lift certification
  • Experience in emergency service
  • Post-secondary education focused on automation technology, or alternatively equivalent knowledge obtained through other education & work experience

We are looking for someone who is meticulous and responsible. You are structured and practical, with the ability to work independently and take your own initiative. Your analytical skills allow you to solve problems quickly, and you are always service-oriented. A large part of the work requires you to be patient and able to prioritize your tasks effectively.
