Account Manager – Concept & Experience Environment

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing strong customer relationships within businesses where service, interaction, and guest meetings are central, such as larger tourism and conference facilities, visitor environments, and companies with high demands for quality, logistics, and operational reliability. The focus will primarily be on larger organizations, companies, and associations.

You will proactively work with both existing customers and new business opportunities, leading the entire sales process from the first dialogue to signed contracts.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and present value-creating solutions for their operational environment
  • Drive sales dialogues and conduct negotiations
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with decision-makers
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction in close collaboration with internal teams
  • Contribute to the company's growth through active prospecting and market engagement

Travel within the region is required, and a company car is included.

Who are you?

You are business-oriented, curious, and thrive in a role where you combine strategic sales work with relationship building. You have experience in B2B sales, preferably towards businesses with high demands for service levels, operational reliability, or recurring deliveries, or you have otherwise developed a good understanding of customer needs in such environments.
